A new service coming to Oskaloosa is seeking three candidates for Applied Behavioral Analysis to work in this area. Applicants need a Bachelor’s Degree and a willingness to be trained in applied behavioral analysis. Hills & Dale, out of Dubuque, IA, has worked with Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa to offer this service for the first time beyond Dubuque. Applied Behavioral Analysts work with clients, such as students in the local school districts. Candidates do not need an Education degree to apply, but the Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Candidates will receive training and work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. The job includes salary and benefits, and candidates will be employed by Hills & Dale.
